Please print and bring a paper copy of the “One-page Prospective Client Profile” to the presentation.

Due to the privacy of our clients, the address for the presentation will not be shared until the day before the event via your email address.

This is an informational meeting for prospective families to learn important information about TERI’s residential program. Due to limited space within the home, only 20 tickets are available per tour.The presentation and tour are reserved for those who are registered and may not be suitable for the prospective client’s participation. Prospective clients will have other opportunities to tour our residential homes and ask any questions they may have.
